INDIANAPOLIS (April 27, 2011) – Angie’s List announced today that
Keith J. Krach has been elected Chairman of the Angie’s List Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Krach is currently the CEO of 3Points, LLC., an investment holding company based in Los Gatos, Calif., and is Chairman of the Board at DocuSign Corp., based in San Francisco, which is the dominant leader in the
e-signature market. He is also the Chairman of the

He was elected as Chairman of the Angie’s List Board yesterday.
“Angie’s List is the gold standard of online consumer reviews with an unstoppable business model,” Krach said. “I’m excited to work with Bill, Angie and our world class leadership team and Board.”
Angie’s List, founded by Bill Oesterle and Angie Hicks, is the nation's premier provider of consumer reviews on local service providers ranging from roofers and contractors, to doctors, and dentists. The company has been on an aggressive growth spurt in recent years, growing its subscriber base by 50 percent in 2010 and posting double-digit revenue growth for the past several years.
“Keith’s experience in scaling software companies in hyper-growth markets will allow us to improve our business and give consumers even better service,” Oesterle said. “We are looking forward to Keith’s leadership on the board and his strategic insights as we continue to expand our business.”
Krach founded software giant, Ariba, in 1996, serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board. Under his leadership, he took the company public, achieving a market capitalization of $34 billion. Prior to founding Ariba, Krach helped lead Rasna Corporation to become one of the nation’s fastest-growing companies. The company was sold in 1995 to Parametric Technologies for $500 million.
Prior positions included leadership roles at General Motors, where Krach led GM’s first-ever Japanese joint venture, GMF Robotics, and was the company’s youngest-ever vice president. He was Ernst & Young’s 2000 National Entrepreneur of the Year. Krach was also honored in 2000 at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, with the Technology Pioneer Award.
